Kinetic Knights Milestones and Achievements

Year 1994
*       Team Nirvana was formed in October '94
*       Participated in the inline hockey tournament in Sentosa




Year 1995
*       1 year sponsorship by Royal Sporting House (RSH)
*       Sponsored equipment, inline skates, hockey sticks, shin pads, gloves,

 helmet, hockey bag, pucks and jersey
*       Champions in Pesta Sukan (August)



*       Participated in RSH exhibition match in Civic Plaza @ Takashimaya.
*      conducted skills competitions and training clinic at the exhibition
*      Involved in coaching new players introduced by Royal Sporting House
*       2nd in First National Roller Hockey League (Sentosa)



*       Champions in Suntec Tournament (December)




Year 1996
*       Champions in PAYM Street games (March)
*       2nd in Pesta Sukan (August)




Year 1997
*       2nd in Inaugural Sembawang Cup (April)



*       Champions in Inaugural Yatiman Yusof Cup (June)



*       2nd in Pesta Sukan (August)



*       Sponsorship by Tampines Central Community Centre



*       Joined Tampines Central CC youth group
*      Introduced inline hockey and skating programs for the local community.
*      Organising committee of the first Sin Boon Ann cup held in East Coast, 

working closely with E-Zone and RSH.
*      Managed to secure the highest prize money for inline hockey in Singapore. 

$800 worth of cash and vouchers for first place in Tampines Central CC Roller

 Hockey Tournament.
*      Together with Mdm Koh, the team lobbied for an inline hockey rink in Tampines.
*      Offered construction suggestions and designs
*       3rd in Inaugural Sim Boon Ann Cup (December)



*       3rd in Tampines Central CC Roller hockey Tournament




Year 1998
*       2nd in Yatiman Yusof Cup (June)
*       Champions in NOSH cup (October)
*      Goalie Jonathan, awarded NOSH cup Best GK
*      Forward Izan, awarded runners-up NOSH cup Top Scorer
*       With the team and backing of Mdm Koh and Patrick Tan, continued to push for an 

inline rink in the east





Year 1999
*       Partial sponsorship by Black Biscuit Hockey brand




Year 2000
*       Team Nirvana was renamed Nemesis



*       Partial sponsorship by Technology Sports Hockey Shop



*       Birth of Millennium inline hockey rink, the brainchild of Team Nirvana



*       Tampines Central CC and Nemesis formed the organising committee



*       2nd in Sin Boon Ann Cup, the inaugural tournament in the new Millennium rink



*       3rd in inaugural 2000/2001 National Inline Hockey League as representing team of 

Tampines Central Community Centre


Year 2001
*       2nd in Sim Boon Ann Cup



*       3rd in inaugural Mission Cup



*       2nd in Hong Kong YMCA Cup
*      the first Singapore team to play overseas
*      managed and coordinated by Nemesis
*      consisted of 7 Team Nemesis Members
*      partial sponsorship by Mission Hockey Brand


Year 2002
*       4 members of the team selected for the National team to participate in New Zealand's

 Oceania Cup (Gerald, Kenny, Daniel, and Kayiu) 



*        Team Nemesis renamed Team Kinetic Fly
*      Added 2 junior players into our team for ongoing youth development

*       1st in the YMCA Plate division (Team Nexed All Stars)
*      managed and coordinated by Gerald from Kinetic Fly
*      Attire sponsorship by Skateline, SC Speedracer and accommodation subsidy by 

Eaton Hotel
*      Consisted of 7 Team Kinetic Fly member


Year 2003
*       Skateline Charity Cup
*      Combined with Knights to become Kinetic Knights
*       Mission Cup 
*      Our junior Kinetic Knights team came in 1st in Mission Cup for Under-18
*       Team executive member Gerald joined the Tampines Central Community Sports Club 

as Secretary to assist with running of Inline Hockey in Singapore 
*       He was also the tournament director for the Tampines Central CSC championship 

series 2004 consisting of 4 tournaments 
*       3rd in Tampines Tropical Challenge Cup
*       2nd in Roly Cup 
*       3rd in Northeast CDC Cup 



*       2nd in Sin Boon Ann Cup 
*      the team knocked out SBA Cup defending champions Piranhas, which also 

won the first 2 tournaments, in the Semis
*      tied Team monotoners in full time, sudden death in Finals
*       6th in the YMCA Cup division 
*      total of 15 teams including Australia and Korean teams in the tournament

 with only the top 8 making the Cup division
*      Attire sponsorship by Skateline
*      Consisted of 8 Kinetic Knights members including 3 under-18 juniors
*      The only all-asian team besides Korea to make it to the Cup division


Year 2004



*       Skateline Charity Cup
*      Combined with eXtremes to come in 3rd
*       Asia Pacific Cup 2004
*      Combined with eXtremes as KXK beating HK and Indonesia among other international teams to

 come in 2nd place in the inaugural tournament
